Adachi Information Development (安達情報開発) handles personal information collected through enquiries on this website and similar interactions in accordance with the following policy.
The contact form collects your name, email address, company name (if provided) and message. We use this information to respond to enquiries, communicate about consultations and quotations, and maintain a record of our correspondence.
We also process connection information, such as IP addresses, to keep the website running reliably and prevent abusive submissions.
This website uses the services listed below. Enquiries are received by Cloudflare and forwarded through FormSubmit to our Gmail account.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except where processing is outsourced as necessary for the stated purposes, where required by law, or where otherwise permitted by law. Transfers to service providers outside Japan are also handled in accordance with applicable law.
Enquiries are stored as email. We do not store names, email addresses or enquiry messages in this website’s database. For spam prevention, we temporarily store identifiers derived from IP addresses and human-verification records in the database. The IP addresses themselves are not stored in this database.
FormSubmit, which forwards the email, retains submissions for 30 days. For details, see the official FormSubmit documentation.
We retain received email for as long as needed to handle enquiries and maintain business records, and delete information when it is no longer needed. Where retention is required by law, we follow the applicable retention period.
We use encrypted connections, input validation and submission limits. Access to personal information is restricted to what is necessary for our work, and we take steps to prevent disclosure, loss and unauthorised access.
We use ALTCHA for human verification, with verification performed within this website. Your enquiry is not sent to the operator of ALTCHA for this purpose.
To request notification of the purposes of use, access to, correction, deletion or suspension of use of personal information, or to ask about how it is handled, please use our contact form or write to the address below. We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law.
